Since January....

.....Continued

Tide Pools in Point Loma. Isabel was singing "Part of your World" the entire time. She really thought Flounder and Sebastian where going to swim up and play.
Pretty sure she warmed up the water in this photo!

I have passed the last and final trimester of this pregnancy. It is exciting because it is just closer to also having Josh back. Only a couple struggles have gotten in my way. First, being a single parent and pregnant is very hard especially when not close to family. I have to rely a lot my church members to help me. There is nothing better then knowing that I have them as family. Second, military midwives and military hospitals are very hard to work with. I never know who I will be seeing and never know what to expect. Good thing I have been through it once so I have a feel. Third, varicose veins are the worse pregnancy "side effect" ever. My left leg looks and feels horrible all the time. I wear a full length sleeve to keep in compressed and in hopes from getting blood clots. I have already looked in to getting it taking care of after this boy is born! I shouldn't complain too much, I don't have stretch marks! Yippie. And lastly, it is summer time, which means I have to get into a swimming suit and swim with Isabel. I don't have airconditioning at my place, so the pool is the only way to really cool off. Luckily it isn't too hot yet. Thanks to my aunt for letting my borrow a suit. I don't look all the bad right?!!

The weather is still not all that hot in San Diego. Only reaching high 70's and 60's. But thatdoesn't stop Isabel and from venturing outside and to fun places. Even though I dread it taking her anywhere because that requires me to run after her. If you know Isabel, she can't stay in one place more than a second. Just like any 3 year old I guess, it is a workout to keep her from running out in the street, knocking things off shelves or clothing racks, jumping on grocery carts when there is nothing in them and then having them topple on top of her! Yes, Josh asks what sort of mother I am and why his daughter is getting hurt so much? Well get home and I will show you buddy! At least she is still in tact and smiling!
